1 Business Scope and Services
Forest Wind Outdoor Solutions is a professional B2B manufacturer specializing in lightweight outdoor hammocks and accessories. Our services include:
- OEM/ODM manufacturing of outdoor hammocks and accessories
- Custom product development and engineering
- Wholesale manufacturing for outdoor brands and distributors
- Brand customization and private labeling services
Important: We operate exclusively on a B2B basis and do not engage in retail sales to individual consumers.
2 Order Terms and Conditions
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
- Standard products: 500 pieces minimum
- Custom OEM/ODM products: 1000 pieces minimum
- Sample orders: 10-50 pieces for evaluation
Production Timeline
- Standard products: 15-25 business days
- Custom products: 30-45 business days
- Sample production: 7-14 business days
3 Quality Assurance and Standards
We maintain strict quality control standards for all outdoor products:
Material Testing

Hardware Standards

4 Payment Terms and Conditions
Standard Payment Structure
- New customers: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment
- Established partners: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Sample orders: 100% payment in advance

5 Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Custom Design Protection
All custom designs, patterns, and specifications developed for clients remain confidential and are not shared with other customers without explicit permission.
Brand Protection
- Customer logos and branding are used exclusively for contracted orders
- No unauthorized reproduction or distribution of branded products
- Strict non-disclosure of customer product specifications
Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6 Shipping and Delivery Terms
Shipping Options
Sea Freight (Recommended)
- • Cost-effective for large orders
- • 20-35 days delivery time
- • FOB/CIF terms available
Air Freight
- • Fast delivery (5-10 days)
- • Higher cost per unit
- • Urgent orders and samples
Delivery Terms
Standard terms: FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen. Other arrangements (CIF, DDP) available upon request with adjusted pricing.
7 Warranty and Returns
Product Warranty
- Manufacturing defects: 12 months from delivery
- Material quality issues: Replacement or credit
- Specification non-compliance: Full refund or remake
Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or specification discrepancies. Customer-initiated changes after production starts are not eligible for returns.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper storage are not covered under warranty.
8 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products delivered. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Damages resulting from misuse of products
- Delays due to force majeure events
